Refund Policy
Astaela's paid unlock is digital and available immediately. Here is how refunds work.
What you are buying
The $5.99 unlock is digital content: full access to your map, every theme, the complete ranking and your natal chart, available the moment your payment goes through. It is a single one-time payment, not a subscription.
All sales are final, with two exceptions
Because the unlock is digital and delivered instantly, purchases are generally non-refundable once access has started. That said, we would rather have a happy customer than a stuck one, so:
- Access or billing problems. If you cannot access your full map after paying, or you were charged incorrectly or more than once, email support@astaela.com and we will fix the access or refund you.
- Genuine mistakes. If you bought by accident and have not really used the unlock, contact us within 14 days and we will consider a refund case by case.
If your local law gives you more
If the consumer law where you live grants you additional rights, those of course still apply. Just contact us and we will honour them.
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe. They can take a few business days to appear, depending on your bank.
